Hello! I live in Tillsonburg, ON. I've been a ZIN Member since 2017 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! As owner/operator of The Garage, I felt compelled to become more involved with our members and friends so i decided to go back to school. I graduated, with honours, from Ashworth College Personal Trainer Program. I have learned so much and am anxious to put my new found passion into practice, training myself as well as others. I am a work in progress and know the pitfalls that can stall progress. In the interest of treating each individual holistically, wellness will be approached from physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual. Not everyone's goal is to simply build muscle but actually achieve a state of wellness, to enter the golden years actively and independently with strength, power and flexibility.
